Billing, invoices & refunds
DeductMate uses Creem as our merchant of record: they process the payment, issue the invoice, and handle refund requests. Contact Creem support for anything about a charge, an invoice, updating your card, or cancelling a plan — you can also manage or cancel your plan yourself from the customer portal.
Response time
We reply within 1–2 business days, usually sooner. Billing questions handled by Creem follow their own support hours.
